Our Story

Pizza Brothers opened its doors in 1991 with one goal in mind: to make pizza the way it should be made and to serve it with a smile. What started as a single shop has grown into six locations, but we’ve stayed true to the same values that got us here.

Family at the Core

Pizza Brothers has always been family owned and operated. We believe food tastes better when it’s made with care, and that’s how we approach everything from our pizza dough to the way we greet our guests. Every meal we serve is prepared the same way we’d make it at home.

Our restaurants in Bedminster, Martinsville, Raritan, Scotch Plains, and Hillsborough are more than places to grab a slice. They’re part of the communities we’ve been proud to grow with over the years. We see familiar faces every day, and we’re thankful for the support our neighbors have given us.
